Bojun Education's (HKG:1758) unit Hong Kong Bojun Education Investment completed the subscription of 20,463,000 international offer shares in the initial public offering of newly listed Yibin City Commercial Bank (HKG:2596).

The shares were subscribed at the final public offering price of HK$2.59 per share for a total of HK$53.5 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares of the education services provider plummeted over 10% on Monday's close.
