Lunnon Metals (ASX:LM8) said first pass drill testing at the Guiding Star prospect at its Kambalda project in Western Australia returned multiple gold intercepts, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said two holes returned multiple zones of interest, potentially indicating that a series of stacked structures could be present.
It reported grades of 20 meters at 1.4 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold from 32 meters, 14 meters at 0.8 g/t of gold from 85 meters, and 11 meters at 1.1 g/t of gold from 116 meters from one hole.
The second hole returned 10 meters at 0.8 g/t of gold from 41 meters, 9 meters at 1 g/t of gold from 126 meters, and 1 meter at 3.7 g/t of gold from 147 meters, per the filing.
