Vection Technologies (ASX:VR1) signed a distribution agreement with Synergy Simulation and Training to expand its presence to Bulgaria, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Synergy is committed to achieving about $600,000 in revenue by December 2027 under the agreement, with milestones of $166,000 in 2025, $166,000 in 2026, and $250,000 in 2027, the filing said.
It partnered with DigiLens to embed its certified extended reality applications into the DigiLens ARGO smart glasses.
Vection Technologies added that it is also advancing partnerships in the Netherlands and Spain.
