China Resources Pharmaceutical Group (HKG:3320) unit China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group issued 1.6 billion yuan of corporate bonds, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The bonds have a three-year term and carry a coupon rate of 1.92% per annum, according to the pharmaceutical and healthcare products company.
The subsidiary will use proceeds from the issue to repay interest-bearing debt.
