Payment services provider Yeahka (HKG:9923) raised net proceeds of HK$189.2 million through a share placement, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Yeahka's controlling shareholder, Creative Brocade International, placed 19,150,000 shares at HK$10.10 apiece to at least six professional institutions under a vendor placement agreement,

Creative Brocade International also subscribed for 19,150,000 new shares, representing 4.14% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company, at HK$10.10 apiece.
