H2G Green (SGX:5AI) allotted and issued 24,924,000 warrants under its exercise of warrants at SG$0.004 per new share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Following the allotment and issue of the new shares, the total issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased to 1,450,266,092 shares from 1,425,342,092 shares.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange on or around Jan. 16, while trading of the new shares is expected to commence, with effect from 9 am on the same date.
