The Sheraton Hotel in Tung Chung, Hong Kong is up for sale once more at about HK$4.5 billion as of the end of December 2023, The Standard reported Sunday.
The price is 30% lower compared with the last offer given in 2023, the report said.
Sheraton, a dual-brand hotel operated by Marriott, is held by Shimao (HKG:0813) and other developers. It has 1,219 rooms, the third-largest in Hong Kong in terms of room volume, the report said.
