Armlogi Holding named Sheng-Kai Hsu as chief financial officer.

The warehousing and logistics service provider said Hsu succeeds Zhiliang Zhou, who will remain with the company in an advisory capacity while pursuing other opportunities.

Hsu joined Armlogi as its accounting lead in July and previously served as North America controller at Parpro Technologies.
