XD (HKG:2400) granted 258,716 share options to eligible participants on Monday, a same-day bourse filing said.

Of this, 122,500 options were granted to chairman, CEO, and executive director Huang Yimeng.

The options, which are convertible into a total of 258,716 shares, were granted under a share option plan adopted on June 25, 2021.

The options are exercisable at HK$23.27 per share for a period of 10 years.
