Freight Technologies Renews Logistics Services Contract With Kimberly-Clark's Mexico Unit

Freight Technologies (FRGT) said Monday it renewed a logistics services contract with Kimberly-Clark's (KMB) Mexico unit to extend the deal for an additional two years.

Financial terms of the contract extension were not disclosed.

Freight Technologies said the collaboration with Kimberly-Clark de Mexico started in 2022 and covers dedicated capacity, over-the-road spot for domestic shipments in Mexico and over-the-road spot for US-Mexico cross-border shipments.

Shares of Freight Technologies were down 18% in recent trading.
