Matrix Composites & Engineering (ASX:MCE) received a AU$7 million purchase order from Stena Drilling for the supply of a deepwater drilling riser buoyancy system, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The advanced material technology specialist will manufacture all the equipment at its facility in Henderson, Western Australia, the filing said. Half of the order is expected to be completed and delivered by June 30, with the balance in the first half of fiscal 2026.
