Rail Vision (RVSN) said Wednesday that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.
The company said its shares maintained a closing bid price of at least $1 per share over the 10 consecutive trading days from Dec. 27 to Jan. 14 and that it has been informed by Nasdaq that the bid price deficiency issue is closed.
