Bank of Qingdao (HKG:3866, SHE:002948) will list about 186,891 shares after these were released from restriction, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.
The shares, which account for 0.0032% of the bank's total shares, were part of the shares issued before the bank's initial public offering of A shares.
Twenty-seven shareholders that own the shares applied for the lifting of the restrictions.
The company's number of restricted shares fell to 416,150,338 shares from 416,337,229 shares after the transaction.
Bank of Qingdao's Hong Kong shares rose more than 1% in recent trade.
