ES Ceramics Technology (KLSE:ESCERAM) said its unit Focus Maxwell will be wound up after a member's meeting, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Focus Maxwell was incorporated in 2019, a dormant company which was principally engaged in investment holding.

The dissolution will not materially affect the company earnings for the financial year ending May 31, it noted.
