1110 GMT - Airbus could disclose another charge at its embattled defense and space division when the European aircraft maker reports 4Q and 2024 results on Feb. 20, Bank of America analysts write in a research note. Consensus around a charge seems to be around 200 million euros, they say. Airbus plans to cut more than 2,000 jobs at the division after it was forced to revise forecasts on workload, risks and costs for some telecommunications, navigation and observation programs. The analysts expect Airbus to report adjusted EBIT in line with guidance of around 5.5 billion euros, barring a new space charge. Airbus shares trade 1.5% lower at 155.22 euros. (mauro.orru@wsj.com)
