CITIC Securities' (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) special purpose vehicle unit, CSI MTN, issued two medium-term bonds worth $15 million on Jan. 10, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Monday.

The bonds are part of a $3 billion bond program launched in 2022.

After the issuance, the balance of bonds under the program will amount to $2.12 billion, the filing said.

CITIC Securities' Hong Kong shares soared 5% and Shanghai shares jumped less than 4% in recent trade.
