CSMall Group (HKG:1815) subsidiary Shenzhen Guojintongbao completed the sale of a 51% stake in Shenzhen Xiansheng Zhanggui Technology to Shanghai Xinding Metallic Materials for 300,000 yuan on Monday, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
As the target company controls the operations of Jiangsu Nongmuren, the fresh food segment of the company, the company has ceased to have an operating fresh food segment after the transaction, the filing said.
Accordingly, China Silver Group (HKG:0815), the other parent of the vendor, has also ceased to have any interest in the target group after the sale.
