Tencent (HKG:0700) sold an aggregate 184,020,000 shares, or 5.45%, in software-as-a-service company Weimob (HKG:2013) on Jan. 3 and Jan. 6, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Following the transaction, Tencent holds 99,170,461 shares in Weimob, or 2.94% of the shares of the SaaS company.
