Scorpio Tankers (STNG) said Thursday it has placed $200 million of new senior unsecured bonds due January 2030 in the Nordic bond market.
The company said it will submit an application to list the bonds on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Scorpio Tankers said it will use the net proceeds to refinance its current $70.6 million senior unsecured notes and for general corporate purposes.
Shares of the company were down 1.5% in recent Thursday trading.
