J. Front Retailing (TYO:3086) will transfer the business of its subsidiary, JFR Kodomo Mirai, which operates unlicensed nursery schools, to Yaruki Switch, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The transfer, set for April 1, follows a decision to allow Yaruki Switch Group to manage the operations directly.

The move aims to improve the management and quality of education at the KDI Aobadai facility. Following the transfer, JFR Kodomo Mirai is expected to be liquidated.
