China Merchants Securities (HKG:6099, SHA:600999) recorded a net profit attributable to shareholders of 10.4 billion yuan in 2024, up 18.3% from 8.76 billion yuan in 2023.
Basic earnings per share rose to 1.13 yuan from 0.94 yuan a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The finance company's total operating income was 20.9 billion yuan, 5.30% higher than 19.8 billion yuan in 2023.
