Hatten Land (SGX:PH0), under judicial management, has mutually agreed with Quantum Specialist to terminate the tenancy agreement for premises at the Imperio Mall@Hatten City in Melaka, Malaysia, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Both parties agreed to discharge all obligations and liabilities arising from the agreement.
