DUBAI, Jan 20 (Reuters) - Syria has issued public tenders for oil and its products, Ghiath Diab, the oil minister in the caretaker government appointed by Syria's new rulers, told state news agency SANA on Monday.

Syria's 13-year civil war has crippled the country's energy sector, making it highly reliant on imports from Iran.
