Huarong International Financial Holdings (HKG:0993) board has proposed to change the company's English name to XinKong International Capital Holdings from its current name, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The company will also be changing its Chinese name following the approvals of shareholders and the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.
