CGN Power (HKG:1816, SHE:003816) acquired CGN Taishan No. 2 Nuclear Power from its controlling shareholder, the state-owned China General Nuclear Power, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The target recently completed the required registrations for the transfer of ownership and has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The target also obtained the renewed business license from the Market Supervision and Administration of Taishan Municipality.
The acquisition was first announced on Jan. 8, with CGN Power agreeing to purchase the power plant developer for 1.20 billion yuan.
