CSMall Group (HKG:1815) plans to change its name to Mount Everest Gold Group, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The name change is subject to shareholders' approval during an extraordinary general meeting. It will need to be approved by the approval from Cayman Island's Registrar of Companies.
