LY to Sell Leyo Holdings Stake to Lebo Design

LY (SGX:1H8) entered into a share sale agreement with Lebo Design for the disposal of 210,000 shares in Leyo Holdings, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.

The shares, representing about 21% of the total issued share capital of Leyo Holdings, have been disposed for a cash consideration of 1 Malaysian ringgit.

Following the disposal, LY's stake in Leyo Holdings will be reduced to 30%.
