A court has ordered Medtecs International (SGX:546) to wind up its subsidiary, Resilient Medical, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Wong Pheng Cheong Martin from FTI Consulting has been nominated by the court as the sole liquidator of the subsidiary.

In a filing from Dec. 3, 2024, the company had issued a statutory demand to Resilient Medical to pay the outstanding balance of around $22.8 million.
