Q & M Dental's (SGX:QC7) subsidiary, EM2AI, entered into an memorandum of understanding with an unnamed provider of dental solutions to expand its business network in the Southeast Asian region, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Under the agreement, EM2AI has granted the provider a license to integrate its dental AI solutions into its platform.

The MoU will remain in effect for a period of six months until the two parties enter into a definitive agreement, which will see EM2AI provide AI solutions to 1,100 clinics across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Shares of the dental solutions company were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
