Saturn Metals (ASX:STN) appointed Grant Dyker as chief financial officer, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Stuart Ellison, general manager of project development, has been appointed as chief operating officer, the filing said.

Shares of the company rose nearly 5% in recent Monday trade.
