Aussie Broadband (ASX:ABB) named current Chief Executive Brian Maher as group chief executive officer, effective Mar. 1, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Maher joined the company in 2019 as chief financial officer, before being appointed as chief executive in February 2024, the filing said.

Shares fell nearly 1% in morning trade Monday.
