QAF (SGX:Q01) appointed Soh Chai Lih as joint group legal council, effective Feb. 1, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

Accordingly, the company's legal department will be jointly headed by Soh and Serene Yeo during a transitionary period. Following the transitionary period, Soh will head the legal department, while Yeo will retire from her position.
