Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7) has extended the exclusivity period with Poly Million Group for the potential acquisition of a majority equity stake in TT Oil (Singapore) by four weeks, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The period now runs until Feb. 13, 2025.
The extension allows continued negotiations and the exchange of necessary information for the proposed acquisition, which is part of the company's strategy to expand in the marine and offshore industry.
No definitive agreements have been finalized yet, and there is no assurance that the acquisition will proceed.
