Critica (ASX:CRI) said its its mining bond with Mineral Resources Tasmania was released and it received the returned funds of AU$585,000, according to a Friday Australian bourse release.
The returned funds are available to the firm to advance its Jupiter rare earths project in Western Australia. It expects to release the first mineral resource estimate for the project in the coming weeks, the firm's managing director, Philippa Leggat said.
The bond was released following the completion of the share purchase and sale agreement for Venture Iron.
The firm's shares rose 8% in recent trading on Friday.
