Eneco Energy (SGX:R14) changed its financial year end date to June 30 from Dec. 31, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The board has made the move to coincide with its related entity, Union Steel Holdings (SGX:ZB9), which owns a 29.40% stake in the company.
