Ardea Resources (ASX:ARL) updated the progress on the Kalgoorlie nickel project-Goongarrie hub in Western Australia definitive feasibility study, according to a filing with the Australian bourse.
The study is being managed by its unit, Kalgoorlie Nickel, and funded by Sumitomo Metal Mining and Mitsubishi with a budget of AU$98.5 million. It is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2025.
Reverse circulation and diamond drilling are being conducted to define a measured mineral resource at the project for conversion to a proven ore reserve.
