Quantum Healthcare (SGX:V8Y) said Chief Financial Officer Fu Ching Xiong will resign on Jan. 31 to pursue other career opportunities, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company said there are no unresolved matters or financial concerns related to Xiong's departure. A replacement has been identified, with details to follow upon formalization.
Xiong, appointed in January 2023, oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.
