UG Healthcare's (SGX:8K7) wholly-owned subsidiary, Unigloves, agreed to acquire another 25% stake in UG Healthcare USA, one of its downstream distribution networks in the US, from Patrick Stanton, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

The company will buy the stake for $500,000 raising its ownership to 75% from 50%. UG Healthcare USA will then become an indirect subsidiary of the company following the transaction.
