Suntec REIT's (SGX:T82U) distribution per unit or DPU was down 14% year over year to SG$0.0315 in the second half of 2024 from SG$0.03659 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Distribution income came in at SG$92.2 million, down 13% from SG$106.3 million a year earlier.
Net property income slipped to SG$159.77 million from SG$159.85 million in the comparable period.
Gross revenue edged down 0.7% year over year to SG$236.7 million from SG$238.4 million in the year-ago period.
Shares of the company declined nearly 1% in mid-day trade.
