Most major digital were weaker late Thursday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) dropping below the $104,000 level.
The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks 124 digital assets, dipped 0.5% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 eased 0.1% in late trading, while the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 0.3% and 0.7%, respectively.
Bitcoin, the most popular cryptocurrency, was 0.5% lower at $103,674, with its 24-hour trading volume surging 72% to about $96.8 billion, according to CoinMarketCap data.
Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, was little changed at $3,258.
XRP (XRP-USD) shed 3.4%, Solana (SOL-USD) lost 5.1%, and BNB (BNB-USD) dropped 1.4%.
Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) fell 1.6%, and Cardano (ADA-USD) eased 0.4%.
The US 10-year Treasury yield closed at 4.635%, up from Wednesday's close of 4.599%, while the five-year yield rose to 4.44% from 4.426%.
The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry decreased 0.3% in the past 24 hours to $3.59 trillion, while trading volume rose 29% to $192.56 billion.
