Universal Biosensors (ASX:UBI) signed a vendor master purchase agreement with US pet retailer Chewy and launched the Petrackr veterinary blood glucose monitoring system on Amazon, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company has been working with Chewy and Amazon for over nine months to build its e-commerce capability, allowing it to execute the deals, the filing said.

Shares fell more than 3% in midday trade Friday, and reached an all-time low.
