World Precision Machinery (SGX:B49) has completed the acquisition of Hainan Xingmei Spring Hotel from Hainan Xinglong Pearl Investment, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Non-executive director Shao Jianjun has been appointed as the legal representative. The third tranche payment is expected in February, the company said.
