Tai Sin Electric (SGX:500) said unit Lim Kim Hai Electric has completed the acquisition of an additional 20% stake in Elmecon Multikencana, raising its holding to 60%, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The transaction, funded by internal resources, is not expected to impact the company's net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending June 30.

The remaining shares are held by Andri Djuhari (10%) and Ridwan Djuhari (30%).
