Intraco to Acquire Remaining 49% Stake in Taurus Point Capital

Intraco (SGX:I06) entered into a sale and purchase agreement with an unrelated 49% shareholder of Taurus Point Capital to acquire the shareholder's stake in Taurus Point for a cash consideration of SG$245,000.

The company currently owns 51% equity interests in corporate advisory firm, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Following the completion of the proposed acquisition, Taurus Point will become a 100% owned subsidiary of the company.
