Birkenstock Holding (BIRK) said Tuesday it appointed Ivica Krolo to succeed Erik Massmann as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 1.
The footwear company also reaffirmed its full-year 2025 guidance as previously announced on Dec. 18. For the fiscal year ending Sept 30, it continues to expect year-over-year revenue growth of 15% to 17% on a constant currency-basis.
The company said Krolo has served as CFO at EMH Partners since 2015. Massmann will step down from his duties as of Jan. 31, Birkenstock said.
BIRK shares were down 0.7% in recent premarket activity.
