Google divested 329,000 Mobvoi (HKG:2438) shares at an average price of about HK$0.5161 apiece, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
Google, which holds the stake through unit Google Ireland, sold the shares totaling HK$169,796.9.
Its stake in Mobvoi decreased to 182,346,844 shares, or 11.99%, from 182,675,844 shares, or 12.01%, the filing said.
Shares slid 5% during Thursday's afternoon trading.
