Hancock Whitney (HWC) said Tuesday that its Hancock Whitney Bank unit agreed to acquire St. Petersburg, Florida-based non-depository trust company Sabal Trust.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
The company expects the deal to close in Q2.
Hancock Whitney shares were up 1.6% in recent trading.
