PicoCELA (PCLA) said Monday it has closed its initial public offering of about 1.8 million American depositary shares at $4 per ADS for $7 million in gross proceeds to the company.

The ADSs began trading on Nasdaq on Jan. 16 under the ticker symbol "PCLA," the company said.
