China's medical products administrator approved Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (SHA:600196, HKG:2196) subsidiary Hunan Dongting Pharmaceutical's oxazepam tablets for anxiety relief, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The drug is also indicated for nervousness, agitation, and for hypnosis, the filing said. It is also suitable for alcohol withdrawal symptom relief, the filing said.
