Country Garden's (HKG:2007) shares have resumed trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange after it fulfilled the resumption guidance set out by the bourse, two filings posted on the bourse on Tuesday said.

Under the guidance, the firm has published all outstanding financial results, demonstrated its compliance with Rule 13.24 of the Listing Rules, and kept shareholders and investors informed of all relevant material information since the suspension of trading.

Trading in the property company's shares had been suspended since April 2, 2024, as the company was unable to publish its 2023 annual results by March 31, 2024.
